Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service from your confirmation email or login. Within 12 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled cost.  We ask our clients to please give us as much notice as possible.  We are aware that things do occur in our daily lives but we are also here providing for our families.  We respect your time as if it's our Time.
